Defending and protecting our planet has always been the guiding principle for me and my son Pietro in managing our crops. We follow millennia-old traditions passed down from ancient times, but without giving up the benefits that progress brings us.

We embrace the compromise offered by biotechnology—the science that helps us harness living organisms to gain agricultural benefits without the use of artificial means.

Some examples? We cultivate lavender under our olive trees, a plant that enhances biodiversity and promotes the presence of beneficial insects for our crops. We raise geese and chickens and let them roam freely on our land: their manure helps the plants grow vigorously and produce high-quality fruits.
