Welcome to our estate in Manciano, a gem of the Tuscan Maremma, where olive-growing tradition meets the natural richness of the land to produce an extraordinary quality organic extra virgin olive oil. The estate, spanning approximately 17 hectares, features a unique landscape of gentle slopes that provide our olives with varied exposures and ripening conditions, enhancing the organoleptic qualities of our oil.

The Maremma soil, known for its fertility and mineral richness, plays a crucial role in the quality of our olives. In this area, the fractured rocky mantle has brought to the surface layers normally much deeper, rich in rare and precious minerals. This particular type of soil helps give the olives grown here a distinctive taste, making our oil unique.

At an altitude of about 200 meters above sea level, our estate is home to 5500 olive trees, all of the Leccino variety. The Leccino monocultivar, known for its resistance and adaptability, is particularly valued for producing oil with a delicate yet complex flavor, featuring fruity and slightly herbaceous notes, a balanced bitterness, and a pleasant peppery finish.
